Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

Hutch Project does not provide any refund. All payments are final and non-refundable. Hutch Project does not issue cash refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks processed by Hutch Project, or credit notes for booking, advance, milestone, final, or Project Access payments.

This policy applies to every payment made to Hutch Project, including booking, advance, milestone and final payments for home-improvement services, and Project Access payments made by service professionals.

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation or work order, obtaining Project Access, or making a payment, the customer or professional agrees that Hutch Project will not provide a refund.

A. No refunds

Hutch Project will not refund any amount paid, for any reason. This includes change of mind, delay, unused booking, unused advance, unused milestone, unused final payment, unused Project Access, customer cancellation, professional cancellation, or dissatisfaction after a quotation or Project Access has been accepted and paid.

A request to cancel a project or to stop remaining work does not create a right to a refund of amounts already paid.

B. Cancellation by the customer

A customer may ask to cancel remaining unperformed work by writing to customer support with the project or quotation number.

Cancellation of remaining work does not entitle the customer to recover any amount already paid. Amounts paid may be retained by Hutch Project as the agreed price for booking, planning, reserved time, materials, labour or other project costs.

C. Work, materials and custom items

Payments remain non-refundable whether or not work has started, and whether or not materials have been ordered, manufactured, delivered or installed.

Made-to-order or project-specific materials, cabinetry, stone, glass, furniture or finishes are not refundable.

D. If Hutch Project cannot complete the work

If Hutch Project is unable to complete an agreed service, Hutch Project may reschedule the work or offer an alternative service of comparable value.

Hutch Project does not provide a refund in that situation.

E. Project Access payments

Payments made by service professionals for Project Access are also final and non-refundable.

Where Hutch Project issues a replacement credit, that credit is not a cash refund. It may only be used in checkout to obtain another Project Access, subject to the published credit rules and expiry.

F. Payment queries

If a payment is pending, failed, or appears duplicated by a payment provider, contact customer support with the customer name, quotation or invoice number, amount, date and transaction ID.

A payment query is not a refund request. Hutch Project does not issue refunds of completed payments.
