Payment Policy

Effective Date: 12 March 2026

Business name: Hutch Project

Brand: Hutch Project

1. Genuine services only

Payments are accepted only against genuine Hutch Project products or services. Hutch Project does not accept unrelated third-party money transfers and does not operate as a general money-transfer service.

All payments should reference an order, quotation, project, invoice or service. The payment page must identify the customer, the service, the quotation or invoice reference, the payment type and the amount.

2. What customers are paying for

Customers pay Hutch Project for quoted residential home-improvement services, not for unrelated goods, donations or third-party transfers.

Payment types are:

  • Booking payment — used to confirm a service, consultation, visit or project slot where applicable.
  • Advance payment — part-payment toward an agreed project.
  • Milestone payment — payment due after or before a defined project stage according to the quotation or work order.
  • Final payment — remaining project amount payable according to the agreed terms.

3. How payments are collected

Payments may be accepted through authorised payment service providers and banks.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

Online payments may be processed by authorised third-party banks and payment service providers. Hutch Project remains responsible for providing the underlying products and services purchased from Hutch Project.

Hutch Project does not claim that any payment service provider has approved, verified, partnered with, endorsed, certified or recommended Hutch Project unless that claim is separately and lawfully documented.

4. Credentials Hutch Project will not request

Hutch Project does not request UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, CVV, online banking password, or similar authentication credentials.

Customers should never provide UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP, CVV, online banking password, or similar authentication credentials to Hutch Project staff.

Hutch Project does not request or store sensitive payment authentication credentials such as UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, OTPs or online banking passwords.

5. Payment confirmation

Payment confirmation is subject to confirmation from the payment provider.

A quotation is not paid, and a slot is not confirmed, until the provider confirms success for the identified transaction.

6. When to contact Hutch Project

Customers should contact Hutch Project if:

  • Payment was deducted but not confirmed
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • An incorrect payment occurred
  • Payment status remains unresolved

Contact support@hutchproject.com with customer name, quotation or invoice number, amount, date and transaction ID.

7. No refunds

Hutch Project does not provide any refund. All payments are final and non-refundable. Hutch Project does not issue cash refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks processed by Hutch Project, or credit notes for booking, advance, milestone, final, or Project Access payments.

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Taxes and invoices

Where tax applies, it should appear on the quotation, invoice or payment summary. A receipt or invoice will identify Hutch Project, the customer, the service, the payment type and the transaction reference when payment succeeds.
